This is a light roast blend made with two washed coffees: one from the Huila region of Colombia and the other from Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia. The blend was designed with espresso in mind but is suitable for any brewing method. It is bright and citrusy with notes of lemon, bergamot, caramel, and subtle florals.
