A washed coffee from the Baroida plantation in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, located at 1,700 meters altitude in the Aiyura area, Kainantu District. The Morita lot comes from the highest part of the estate, planted with the Arusha variety — believed to be a descendant of Bourbon, particularly SL-type cultivars from Kenya, known for high acidity and fruity sweetness. Flavor profile features complex sweetness with red berry tea, dried date, bitter fruit peel, tartaric grape-like acidity, woody aromas, and a finish of aromatic spices and leather.
