A natural-processed single-origin coffee from the Lahamenega Red Mountain farm in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea. Grown at around 1550 m and produced from Typica and Bourbon varieties, cherries are dried whole under the sun. The cup is fruit-forward with aromas of Concord grape and flavors of cherry, citrus and banana, a medium body and a clean strawberry-citrus finish.
Kudu Coffee Roasters has shaped the Athenian specialty coffee scene for over a decade, growing from a group of coffee-obsessed friends into a network of 250 partners who share their approach. Direct relationships with farmers and meticulous bean selection drive everything here.
