This coffee originates from Panama's Volcán region at an altitude of 1,950 meters. It is a Geisha variety processed using an Extended Natural Carbonic Maceration technique involving anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks, followed by slow drying on raised beds. The light roast yields a juicy, round body with tasting notes of green grape, pineapple, white grape, tangerine, and floral hints such as yellow rose.
