Panama Mount Totumas Typica Washed is a single-origin Typica from Chiriquí, Panama, produced by Karin de la Rosa at 1900 masl. The coffee is washed-processed, with bright flavors of pink grapefruit, mango cream and mangosteen layered over honeycomb sweetness. Light-roasted with a delicate body, ideal for filter brewing.
