Harvested on February 21, 2025, from the Pimenton block at 1,500–1,600 meters above sea level. The coffee was pulped and fermented in a blue tank for 5 days under shade, then dried on African beds at Finca Nuguo, followed by controlled room drying at 24°C. The lot rested at 11.5% humidity. Finca Jurutungo produces between 1 to 3 tons of Geisha coffee annually.
