This coffee is a Gesha variety from the Elida Estate in Panama, grown at an altitude of 1850 meters. The coffee is processed using a DRD Washed method, where cherries are fermented in tanks for one day, hand-washed, and dried on raised beds before a final drying stage in a temperature-controlled room. The cup profile features notes of ginger blossom, blood orange, and peach. This lot originates from the Torre plot and reflects the unique conditions of the estate, which slow the ripening process to enhance sugar development.
