This coffee is a Geisha variety from Auromar Panama's "Finca la Aurora" farm, situated between 1570 and 1770 MASL in Candela, Chiriquí, Republic of Panama. A Brenes-Eleta family project, the farm spans 30.5 hectares with heavy shade from endemic tree species and high-altitude Hass avocado trees. The harvest runs from late December to mid-March. The coffee is washed processed and vacuum packed for freshness. It is a limited-supply, highly complex bean from a sustainable and eco-friendly environment.
