Wes Ngopi

About This Coffee

This is a Geisha varietal coffee from the Candela Viejo region of Boquete, Chiriquí, Panama, grown at 1,550 meters altitude on the fertile volcanic slopes of Barú Volcano National Park. The beans are processed using an innovative double-phase natural method: hand-selected ripe cherries are floated in clean mountain spring water, sun-dried for 24 hours, sealed in anaerobic tanks for 72 hours, then sun-dried for 25 days on raised beds. The cup presents floral sweetness with notes of muscat grapes, jackfruit, yellow apricot, and violet with a honeyed brightness.
