The farm spans 105 acres and features loose sandy soil with abundant humus. Processed using a natural method, with cherries floated, then dried on African beds for 25–30 days at Beneficio Las Segovias. Roasted Light/Medium with tasting notes of Honeydew Melon, Pink Lemonade, Green Tea, Guava, Mulberry, and Honey. Cup score: 87.00.
