Pablo Guerrero is a Yellow Bourbon variety coffee from Nariño, Colombia, grown at 2200 meters elevation. The coffee is washed processed and sourced directly from producer Pablo Guerrero, who previously won The Cup of Excellence for a washed geisha lot. The coffee exhibits the natural sweetness characteristic of the Bourbon variety with flavor notes of silver needles, clementine, and sugarcane. It features a light to medium roast with a delicate, floral aroma and elegant body.
