Eclipse is a dark-roast coffee sourced from Colombia (rotating microlots) grown around 1500–1850 MASL. Variety: Caturra. Processed as a washed coffee and raised-bed dried. Roast-forward profile yields baker's chocolate, burnt sugar, and smoked vanilla bean notes with a heavy, smoky body and restrained acidity.
