This natural processed coffee is produced by Irene Gonzales de Rodriguez at Finca Talquezalar in the La Palma region of Chalatenango, El Salvador. Grown at an altitude of 1,300 meters, this coffee features a blend of Pacas and Pacamara varieties. It offers a balanced flavor profile with notes of cacao, citrus, and herbals, complemented by a chewy, syrupy body. The coffee is versatile and suitable for all brewing methods, performing well both black and with milk.
