About This Coffee

Oaky is a single origin coffee from La Riviera farm in Risaralda, Colombia, produced by Andrés Quiceno and Julio Madrid — third-generation coffee growers. Grown at 1700 masl in the central foothills of the Andes, near the Santa Isabel snow-capped mountains, this Castillo variety undergoes an oak barrel fermentation process. The result is a complex cup with tasting notes of Cherry, Oak, Chikoo Sapodilla, Allspice, and Maple Syrup. Roast level is Light/Medium, suitable for both Filter and Espresso. Cup score: 88.25.
