A natural process Brazilian coffee from Fazenda Mumbuca in the Minas Gerais region, grown at 940–1010 meters altitude. The lot is a mix of cultivars including Bourbon, Catuai, and Catimor varieties. It offers a classic Brazilian profile with tasting notes of pecan, hazelnut, and milk chocolate, with a full, smooth body. Part of the Drekka Comfort line, designed as an easy-to-brew everyday coffee suitable for both espresso and milk-based drinks.
Drekka began its journey in 2014 as a small, passionate coffee shop in Sofia, founded by Zlatina and Stefan. Driven by a desire to share their love for exceptional coffee, they evolved from a multi-roaster cafe into roasting their own beans. Their approach is rooted in careful selection and curiosity. They source high-quality green coffees that excite them and roast them with the goal of achieving a sweet, clean, and well-balanced cup.
