Geisha variety coffee grown at Ninety Plus Gesha Estate in Panama's Volcan Valley at 1800 meters altitude. Processed using the proprietary Thermolic method, which uses heat and anaerobic fermentation to accelerate sugar breakdown. The coffee is grown without chemicals, using natural spring water and rainwater. Exhibits deep red floral aroma with intense tropical fruit notes including stewed mango, pineapple, and red cherry, layered with dark chocolate and a succulent finish.
