This Gesha coffee is grown at the Ninety Plus Gesha Estate in Volcan Valley, Panama at 1800 meters above sea level. The cherries are processed using the unique Criolic Folio™ method developed by Joseph Brodsky, which employs low temperatures to decelerate sugar decomposition. Freshly picked cherries are submerged in cold river waters, exposing the fermenting coffee to extremely low temperatures. The coffee exhibits deep purple floral aroma with intense notes of stewed pineapple, mature strawberries, purple cherries, and cocoa nib, finishing with a long and intense tropical character. The coffee is grown without chemicals using natural spring water and rainwater.
