This coffee is a Nicaragua single-origin from the Santa Trinidad lot. Grown at about 1400m, it combines Maracaturra and Pacamara varieties and is processed Washed. Producer: Favio Rodriguez. Flavor notes include purple grapes, peach, jasmine, and a creamy mouthfeel. The bean is roasted to produce a clean, balanced cup with a medium body.
