This Natural Geisha from Fincas Mierisch is grown at San Jose farm in Lipululo, Jinotega, Nicaragua, at altitudes between 1250-1400 meters above sea level. Produced by Erwin Mierisch and Jorge Luis Mendez, the 46-hectare farm features coffee grown under mixed shade in rich, balanced soil. The Geisha variety has direct genetic lineage to the famed Don Pachi Estate in Panama. Ripe cherries are naturally processed with dry fermentation, dried for 4 days in full sunlight followed by 28 days at 75% sunlight. The coffee features flavor notes of brown sugar, tangerine, white grape, kiwi, and underlying floral, with a silky, tea-like mouthfeel and clean finish. Harvested in 2025.
