A natural-processed Red Bourbon coffee from the Mierisch Family's Los Placeres farm in the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua, grown at 850–1150 meters above sea level. Processed using a Funky Natural method, this coffee offers tasting notes of sangria, maraschino cherry, dark grape, and raisin, with a rich, full-bodied character and a winey, fruit-forward finish.
