Nicaragua Laurina

Cozy House Coffee

About This Coffee

This coffee is a natural low-caffeine Laurina variety from the Mierisch Family's farm in Nicaragua. Grown at high altitude, this rare 'pointed' bean naturally contains about half the caffeine of standard Arabica. It is processed using the natural method, which helps concentrate the fruit sugars. The flavor profile features delicate citrus notes, maple syrup sweetness, and light floral aromas, offering a clean and refreshing experience. This coffee is presented in convenient immersion bags, making it easy to brew a professional-standard cold brew or iced coffee at home without specialized equipment.
