A single origin coffee from the Los Altiplanos Farm in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua, produced by Ricardo Cuadra Fajardo at an altitude of 1,280 masl. The variety is Java, processed using the washed method. Flavor notes include orange, grapefruit, blackberry, and hazelnut.
