This natural processed maracaturra coffee was produced by Martha Albir from Finca La Picona in the Nueva Segovia region of Nicaragua. This lot placed 15th in the 2025 Nicaragua Cup of Excellence Competition. The coffee features tamarind sweetness with malic and phosphoric acidity.
