This natural processed maracaturra coffee was produced by Martha Albir from Finca La Picona in the Nueva Segovia region of Nicaragua. This lot placed 15th in the 2025 Nicaragua Cup of Excellence Competition. The coffee features tamarind sweetness with malic and phosphoric acidity.
Run by two friends who met touring in a musical theater troupe, Dapper & Wise is built on the idea of balancing "Dapper" style with the "Wise" technical science of roasting. They bring a lot of creativity to the table, treating coffee as a craft without making it feel overly complicated.
