A Maracaturra variety coffee from Finca Buenos Aires, located in the municipality of Buenos Aires in the Dipilto mountains, Nueva Segovia region, northern Nicaragua, near the Honduran border. Grown at altitudes of 1,200–1,700 meters above sea level on sandy soils. Maracaturra is a hybrid variety between Caturra and Maragogipe, known for its large bean size. Processed naturally, dried slowly in whole cherry on raised beds. The cup profile is fruity and expressive with melon, tropical fruit, soft chocolate, and floral notes. Produced by Olman Valladarez.
