Mystic Melon is a Panama coffee from Finca Hartmann (Santa Clara) grown at 1300 m. It is mostly Caturra and Typica and is natural processed, with pre-drying on raised beds and finishing in dehydrators or mechanical dryers. The cup features papaya, melon and peach with perfumed, tropical sweetness, a syrupy round body and a super-sweet, clean finish. Roasted for filter brewing (Medium Light).
