This coffee is a specialty selection from the Ywangan Township in Myanmar, grown by female producers from the Pa-O and Danu communities at an altitude of 1350-1400 meters. It is a Red Catuai variety processed using a carbonic maceration natural method. The cup profile is juicy and bright, featuring delicate notes of pomegranate and vibrant citrus acidity reminiscent of pomelo. It offers a round, lively palate with a silky texture and a sweet, persistent honeyed finish.
