Launched in 2025 as a project by The Roasters Pack, Coffee Wallas is an Asian owned Toronto roastery dedicated to spotlighting specialty coffee from across Asia. The name roughly translates to "People of Coffee," capturing the mission to celebrate diverse Asian coffee profiles that are often underrepresented in the specialty world. Their lineup features origins from Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, China, and Papua New Guinea, including innovative processing methods like pichia yeast fermentation and anaerobic naturals. Roasted in Toronto and shipped across Canada and the US, Coffee Wallas brings a fresh perspective to the conversation about where exceptional specialty coffee comes from.
