This coffee is produced by Mustefa Abakeno in the West Limmu region of Ethiopia. It is a natural processed coffee featuring the JARC 74110 and 74112 varieties. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of dark chocolate, plum, and toffee pudding. This coffee is roasted to a light level.
