Chromatic Coffee

About This Coffee

This Red Bourbon coffee is produced by Ephrem Sebatigita at the Munkaze washing station in the Kayanza region of Burundi, grown at an altitude between 1,600 and 2,000 meters. It undergoes a double ferment washed process, resulting in a flavor profile featuring notes of blackberry, juicy orange, fig, raisin, black tea, citrus, dark fruit, and chocolate.
