The cup profile is characterized by a clean, big-bodied mouthfeel with sweet notes of dark chocolate, cashew, and caramel, complemented by yellow fruit flavors as it cools. This coffee is roasted to a medium level, making it suitable for both espresso and milk-based drinks.
