About This Coffee

This is a 50/50 blend of two Ethiopian coffees: Buku Sayisa (washed) and Gidey Hagos (natural) from Guji, sourced by Emba Importers. Grown at 2000 meters elevation by various small plot producers. Buku Sayisa won the AFCA Taste of Harvest competition's top spot for washed entries. The blend features intensely floral and tropical aromatics with flavor notes of mango, raspberry, and melon reminiscent of cantaloupe. The coffee transforms the peach and white grape notes from Buku into mango, while the blackberry from Gidey leans toward raspberry. It is a medium roast suitable for cold brew, drip, and espresso.
