Melody Geisha is produced by Ninety Plus Coffee at Gesha Estates in Panama's Volcán Valley, located on the western slopes of the Barú volcano at 1350–1650 masl. This Geisha varietal is honey processed, grown under full forest canopy with heirloom Ethiopian heritage. It offers floral undertones with tasting notes of Jasmine Tea, Dried Fig, Vanilla, and Red Goji Berry, resulting in a smooth, exceptional cup. Roast level is Light/Medium, recommended for filter brewing as whole bean.
