This coffee is a Pink Bourbon variety from Huila, Colombia, grown at 1500-2100 meters above sea level. The lot comes from a group of growers in southern Huila who pool their pink bourbon harvests. It is processed using the washed method. The coffee features floral aromatics with tasting notes of Rainier cherry and honeycrisp apple, characterized by big sweetness, juicy acidity, and a medium mouthfeel. Sweet Bloom has been sourcing pink bourbon from Huila for over 12 years, offering their first commercial lot in 2014.
