This microlot from Masha Washing Station in Kayanza, Burundi, is a Bourbon-variety coffee processed via Washed method. Grown at about 1,672 meters above sea level, the beans are depulped, underwater-fermented for 12–24 hours, washed, and sun-dried for about 20 days to highlight bright red fruit notes and a clean finish.
