A Grade 1 Arabica Peaberry from the Mbozi district, Songwe region of Tanzania, produced by Umi AMCOS — a cooperative established in 2014 near the village of Itepula. Featuring rare varietals including Kilimanjaro, Bourbon, Luwiro, and Blue Mountain, grown at 1,810–1,940 masl. The washed process involves 18–36 hours of fermentation, followed by soaking and drying on raised beds for 8–14 days. Tasting notes include green apple, muscovado sugar, longan, cashew nut, and milk chocolate. Light/medium roast. Suitable for both filter and espresso.
