This Gesha coffee comes from the Martir group, an organization of 18 young farmers in Colombia. This is the first time the group has produced a Gesha separation. The coffee is a light roast that features an intense and complex array of acidic and floral flavors with a creamy, tropical-sweet backbone. The varietal is delicate and challenging to handle through growing, roasting, and brewing. This coffee needs at least two weeks of rest after its roast date to reach its full potential. Tasting notes include fruit punch, paloma, floral, and black tea.
