Harvested in February 2023 (Lot #23072), this coffee is processed using the proprietary Thermolic™ method — a heat-accelerated, oxygen-controlled fermentation technique developed by Joseph Brodsky. Grown without chemicals using natural spring water and rainwater under forest canopy. Roasted light for filter brewing. Tasting notes of Red Cherry, Dark Chocolate, and Dried Rose, with a cup score of 90.25.
