This coffee is produced by Maikon Fernandez in Las Flores, Santa Barbara, Honduras, at an altitude of 1600 meters. It is a mixed variety coffee processed using the natural method. The flavor profile is fruit-forward and intense, featuring notes of red cherry, mango, and red sangria, with a round, smooth body reminiscent of milk chocolate.
