This coffee is a Geisha variety from the Boquete region of Panama, grown at high altitude on the Santa Teresa farm. Produced by Ezequiel Batista, this coffee undergoes a specialized yeast inoculation process. The flavor profile is characterized by elegant floral notes of rose, followed by the bright, fresh acidity of mirabelle plum, and a delicate finish of white peach.
