This Geisha coffee is grown by Don Manuel, a third-generation farmer in Chiriquí, Panama, at 1,600–1,800 meters above sea level. The coffee is cultivated on volcanic soil with selective handpicking of ripe cherries. Processed by Lost Origin Coffee Lab, this lot employs a washed process with extended fermentation in monitored tanks, followed by thorough rinsing and drying on raised beds. The flavor profile features milk chocolate, orange zest, dried fig, and red apple, with balanced acidity and a silky finish.
