About This Coffee

Los Patios is a Colombian coffee from the Los Patios farm in Huila (1,600–1,900 masl), grown by Juliana Serna and Alberto Gutierrez. The Castillo variety undergoes an anaerobic co-fermentation using watermelon concentrate for two days, then is dried in mechanical silos for eight days. The cup presents melon and watermelon character with grapefruit-cordial and purple-fruit candy notes. Roasted for both filter and espresso preparations.
