This single-origin coffee is grown at an altitude of 1,500 to 1,700 meters in the Antigua region of Guatemala. Produced by Finca San Sebastian, a family-owned farm since 1890, the coffee is a Bourbon variety processed using the washed method. It is a medium roast that offers a full-bodied and balanced cup with distinct flavor notes of caramel, chocolate, and cinnamon, characterized by a long finish.
While the Andraschko Kaffeemanufaktur was officially founded in 2006, the coffee passion of Elisabeth and Willy Andraschko began back in 1979 when they established a Viennese coffee house in Berlin, with Willy notably joining the world-famous Café Einstein and shaking up the scene. For over twenty years, this specialty coffee manufactory has supplied coffee lovers, luxury hotels, and starred restaurants with exceptional coffee, earning recognition far beyond Berlin's city and national borders.
