This single-origin coffee is grown on Finca San Sebastian in the Antigua region of Guatemala at an altitude of 1,500–1,700 meters. The farm has been family-owned since 1890 and focuses on tradition and sustainability. This Bourbon variety coffee is washed and roasted to a medium level. It offers a full-bodied and balanced cup with distinct flavor notes of caramel, chocolate, and cinnamon, finishing with a long aftertaste.
While the Andraschko Kaffeemanufaktur was officially founded in 2006, the coffee passion of Elisabeth and Willy Andraschko began back in 1979 when they established a Viennese coffee house in Berlin, with Willy notably joining the world-famous Café Einstein and shaking up the scene. For over twenty years, this specialty coffee manufactory has supplied coffee lovers, luxury hotels, and starred restaurants with exceptional coffee, earning recognition far beyond Berlin's city and national borders.
