Lily Geisha is a single origin Geisha variety coffee from Estate #60 (Gesha Estates) in Volcán Valley, Panama, produced by Joseph Brodsky at Ninety Plus Estates. Grown at 1,490 MASL under full forest canopy without the use of chemicals, using natural spring water and rainwater. Processed using a washed method with a 33-day drying cycle. Light roasted and recommended for filter brewing. Tasting notes include lily, orange candy, apricot, and honey, with a nuanced, tea-like cup profile and a sweet lingering finish. Cup score: 93.00.
