About This Coffee

Legacy is a house blend composed of 50% washed Bourbon from Finca Limonniyoc, Cusco (Yanatile/Calca), Peru (≈1800 m) and 50% Wolisho, Dega, Kurume, 74110 and 74112 from Raro Boda washing station, Uraga, Guji, Ethiopia. Both components use extended submerged fermentation and washed processing, yielding a sweet, balanced medium roast with baking spice, toffee and jammy forest fruit notes.
