Las Perlitas is a collaborative project that brings together smallholder farmers whose individual harvests are too small for independent export. The Coffee Quest aggregates these lots based on quality and flavor profile to create outstanding microlots. This coffee offers a refined flavor profile characterized by notes of Earl Grey tea, honey, and lemon.
