About This Coffee

Las Perlitas is a blend of high-quality microlots sourced from smallholder farmers in the Huila region of Colombia. Grown at altitudes between 1600 and 2000 meters, this coffee is primarily composed of Pink Bourbon, with contributions from Caturra and Geisha varieties. It is processed using the washed method. The flavor profile is characterized by a winey acidity balanced by the sweet, caramelized notes of baked peaches.

Regalia Coffee

Paolo and Chisato Malikski co founded Regalia Coffee in 2018 in Long Island City, Queens, building on work Paolo began in 2017 alongside coffee expert Scott Rao at the original Multimodal roasting facility. Paolo, a classical musician turned roaster and international roasting instructor, brings a meticulous ear for nuance to every batch. Regalia now operates from a 7,000 square foot facility called Multimodal, equipped with a Diedrich IR5, Mill City Roasters, and a Probat P25/2, serving both their own production and other roasters through shared access and toll roasting services. Their mission centers on lowering barriers to entry in the coffee industry while maintaining fair, sustainable sourcing practices. The roastery earned Gold at the 2025 Global Coffee Awards in the Filter/Experimental category.
