This single-origin coffee from Guatemala's Santa Rosa region is grown at 1600-2000 meters altitude by producer Arnaldo López at Ayarza farm. The coffee is Bourbon variety, processed using anaerobic natural method with 120-hour fermentation in hermetic conditions, followed by 10 days sun drying on terraces and mechanical drying to 11.5% moisture. The coffee scored 87.00 in cupping and features tropical fruit flavors including kiwi, mango, and lime balanced with rich chocolate notes.
