The farm is a four-generation family operation that utilizes a diverse shade canopy of timber and fruit trees. This coffee is naturally processed and offers a complex flavor profile with notes of juicy citrus, raspberry, red wine, and honeysuckle.
Phil Goodlaxson founded Corvus Coffee Roasters in 2010 in Denver, Colorado, starting with a small roaster in his garage before scaling up. The roastery now operates multiple retail locations across the Denver metro area and roasts well over 100,000 pounds of coffee annually. Corvus prioritizes direct trade relationships with farmers, many spanning over a decade, and holds more Cup of Excellence coffees and microlots than any other roaster in the Denver area. The company is a finalist in Roast Magazine's 2026 Roaster of the Year awards in the Macro Roaster category.
