This lot from Finca Clara Luz in Ecuador is produced by Servio, one of the most decorated producers in Ecuador. The coffee is a Sidra variety processed using anaerobic fermentation. This omniroast has been optimized for filter brewing, though it can also be used for espresso by a well-trained barista.
